At Quin Fitness we aim to develop an effective programme for each individual player taking into account their strengths and weaknesses, prior conditioning, genetic ability, time availability, motivation, season priorities, injuries, goals, position played, age, stage of development and likes or dislikes.
In the development of the training programme we evaluate what part of your training has worked or not in the past and the reason/s for this. All these factors are important for developing an effective program and this process requires the extensive knowledge we have here at Quin Fitness. We will provide you with some programme options for training the various components during the different phases of the seasons

It is important that the youth is doing the right types of exercise and not overdoing it and this is where a properly qualified conditioning coach can come in very handy. Correct exercise prescription ,technique, rest and recovery and eduction are very important at this fundamental development stage.
